Join us on March 18th from 6-7pm EST for our third Columbia Climate Conversation, a 60-minute virtual conversational panel with Caribbean climate activists and scientists. This conversation will dive deep into Caribbean climate activism and help empower our students and faculty to mobilize around climate change issues. The event will be hosted via Zoom from 6pm to 7pm EST on March 18th, 2021.
The speakers will talk about what sustainability looks like in the Caribbean and why it’s so important for small island nations to be included in the climate conversation. This conversation will be moderated by Lauren Ritchie, a Columbia undergraduate in Sustainable Development and creator of Columbia Climate Conversations. The event is open to anyone who RSVPs, not limited to only Columbia students.
