Climate School Career Expo

The Climate School is the first of its kind in the nation to focus on training climate leaders with the interdisciplinary skills and knowledge to work with businesses, communities, governments, and civil society to address the climate crisis.

The inaugural Climate + Sustainability Career Expo—taking place in-person on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Columbia University campus in New York City—will connect employers with students from the Climate School, our partner programs, and Columbia’s rich array of climate, environmental, and sustainability programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Employers, meet our high-caliber students and alumni who can apply the climate lens to any sector, industry, and job function. Your participation will:

  • Increase your visibility and brand presence within one of the fastest-growing pipelines of interdisciplinary talent on the forefront of innovation.
  • Recruit for internships and full-time roles in a single, efficient afternoon.
  • Build relationships with Columbia leadership and faculty shaping the future of climate solutions and meet practitioners doing cutting-edge work.
